COMEDY AWARD WINNERS
Perrier
created the Perrier ComedyAward in 1981. They wanted to support young
talent in a completely original way and hit on the idea of an Award for
the best revue at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Originally the prize
was the opportunity to appear at the tiny New End Theatre for a week,
plus a small cheque. Now its a bigger cheque and a West End appearance.
