Across Victoria some of the in-person events we missed are returning and new ones are featured for us to enjoy!

Watch the Victoria Royals vs. the Kelowna Rockets
Watch the Victoria Royals in their back-to-back games against the Kelowna Rockets tonight and Saturday!

Visit the monster’s haunted house
Monsters Haunted House is back, in a brand new location that’s sure to scare off even the bravest ghouls and goblins this year.
This Halloween, you are invited to experience the old Landmark University Heights Cinema in a new and exciting way.
In October, the space that once housed the cinema will be transformed by Monsters Haunted House into this year’s odd event, the “University Frights Theater”.

Watch a movie at the drive-in!
No, you have not been transported in time, it is very real! Legacy Drive-In has announced the schedules for its Halloween-themed movies at Westshore Motorsports Park.
This weekend, watch Scary Movie and Pan’s Labyrinth from the comfort of your car while enjoying food in Cie Burger Westshore
Tickets must be purchased in advance and clients are recommended to arrive 30 minutes before show time to ensure they get the best seat.

Attend the Victoria Beer Society’s “Fresh to Death” event
The Victoria Beer Society’s first event after an 18-month hiatus is Fresh to Death, a fresh hop beer festival.
The festival will feature over 15 specialty fresh hop and harvest beers.

Take a ghostly tour of Ross Bay Cemetery
Every Sunday in October, you can take a spooky guided walking tour of Ross Bay Cemetery. Learn about Victoria’s history as well as some of those who settled there (Sir James Douglas, Emily Carr, Billy Barker and more).
This Sunday the tour is called ‘Scottish Columbia’. The tour will feature stories from some of the Scottish pioneers who can be found at Ross Bay Cemetery.

Sidney Street Market

Take a tour of Craigdarroch Castle
Craigdarroch tours are back! Tours are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday with tickets purchased in advance. The proceeds of the banknotes finance the restoration projects of the castle in progress.

Admire the view of the Malahat Skywalk
The Malahat Skywalk is open and they saw over 5,000 visitors on their first weekend!
The attraction features an observation deck 250 meters above sea level, a cafe, shops, and an elevated 600-meter TreeWalk and nature trail.
The Skywalk offers panoramic views of Mount Baker, Finlayson Arm, the Saanich Peninsula and the islands of two countries.
