Rick Rhoades, 57, is to be executed at 7 p.m. Tuesday for stabbing two brothers to death. The the attack happened three decades ago while the brothers slept. Rhoades had just been paroled for a previous crime.

A motion hearing is scheduled for Thursday in Judy Huth’s trial against Bill Cosby. She alleges the the comedian sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, when she was 15.
