Comedy duo Kate McLennan and Kate McCartney have begun filming a high-profile new series for Amazon Prime Video, TV Blackbox reports.
The popular duo described the eight-part series titled Deadloch as a fun mix of crime, feminism and comedy.
Filmed on location in Tasmania, it stars Kate Box (Wentworth) and Madeline Sami (The Breaker Upperers) as two mismatched cops on the trail of a killer who has upended the sleepy hamlet of Deadloch.
