Bronx Wanderers Join Comedy, Magic and Motown in Westgate
Pretty much all the Westgate Cabaret lacked was a family from the Bronx that produced rock ‘n’ roll.
The small room at Westgate Las Vegas now has them too, because The Wanderers of the Bronx are setting up a residence at the hotel this fall. The central triumvirate of the father Vinny Adinolfi, and son Vinny “Vin A.” Adinolfi III and Nick Adinolfi debuts on September 20 in an indefinite term.
The guys go the old fashioned way with this schedule, Monday through Thursday at 8pm; and 5:30 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (tickets start at $ 49.99, excluding fees, and go on sale Wednesday).
Playing tunes ranging from Dion and the Belmonts to Bruno Mars, Bronx Wanderers is the Cabaret Hall’s fifth residency show. The act joins “The magic of Jen kramer“,” The soul of Motown “, George wallace and Jen Romas’ Adult magazine “Sexxy”.
Kramer and “Soul” are currently on stage. Wallace is expected to restart in mid-September, around the time that Barry manilow returns to the International Theater on September 16. “Sexxy” just signed a comeback on August 6th.
Dating back around 25 years, when it was known as the Shimmer Cabaret, the showroom has hosted an array of headliners and production shows. Bronx producers Alain and Kathi glist brought “Menopause the Musical” into theaters in 2005. Cameo played Westgate Cabaret. The Scintas too, Suzanne somers, the Purple Reign Prince tribute show, and actor Gilbert gottfried.
“We are honored to have found a new home with so much history, so much support from the top management and incredible staff at Westgate,” Vin A. said on Friday via. “We feel the excitement in the hotel and the showroom and look forward to bringing our energy to it. “
Suiting the act’s mobile nickname, the Bronx Wanderers have bounced around Vegas a bit since arriving in 2016 for a brief run at the Grandview Lounge in South Point. Bronx has also performed at Bally’s Windows Showroom (now The Magic Attic), Linq Hotel (working around the headliner Mat Franco’s schedule) and Harrah’s Showroom just before COVID.
The group had planned to return to Cleopatra’s Barge at Caesars Palace. Instead, he was let loose in Caesars Entertainment’s series of closings in May.

Vinny Adinolfi says the show will be taken to “a whole new level,” adding, “It’s not just your parents’ rock ‘n’ roll. The audience will leave the show singing and feeling like they are part of it. family. “
Celine and the sked
Celine Dion moved its remaining North American “Courage” dates to March-April of next year. These dates were originally set for August-September this year. But it is not budging from its opening on November 5 at Resorts World Las Vegas. About a third of the tour dates are in Western Canada, which does not yet allow the arenas to reach full capacity. The first show at the Theater at Resorts World is expected to benefit frontline health workers.

The installation “Immersive Van Gogh” which is due to open on July 26 in The Shops at Crystals next to Aria has again been delayed. The exhibit is now scheduled to open on September 15, based on an announcement posted on Friday morning. This is due to “unforeseen construction delays” at the new Las Vegas Lighthouse at Crystal Level 3.
Development is the latest twist in the Van Goghs duel in Las Vegas saga. The unaffiliated event “Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience” at Portal at Area15 has been extended until September 30. This attraction opened in April. “Immersive Van Gogh” has been moved twice. It was originally scheduled to open on July 1, but the producer Corey ross reports supply chain issues related to site air conditioning units. Not cool, in other words.
Plaza hopes to expand its appeal late at night and early in the morning by adding Sand Dollar Downtown. “Downtown Dollar” is already brandished by the CEO of the hotel Johnathan Jossel, who announced the project during the Plaza’s “Corner of the Main Street” podcast, released on Friday.
The new Sand Dollar is located in the old hotel event center space, adjacent to the main casino floor with a separate entrance from Fremont Street.
The venue, of course, is an offshoot of the legendary Sand Dollar Lounge, which has persevered since 1976 on Spring Mountain Road and Polaris Avenue. We well remember the long, noisy Sand Dollar nights with John Earl’s Boogieman Band. If Club Plaza can rekindle that vibe, Downtown Dollar will be a winner.
Intense Incentive: Larry Flynt’s Hustler Club now offers a bottle of vodka, $ 300 in free dancing and a VIP club card valued at $ 1,200 per year for any Nevadan with valid ID and a completed COVID-19 vaccine card.
